Office Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
An established and growing window and door company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and support the smooth running of the business. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and proven experience within a construction, glazing, or home improvement environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office staff, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication between sales, surveying, installation, and finance teams. You will play a key role in improving systems, maintaining accurate records, overseeing order processing, scheduling, invoicing, and supporting senior management with reporting and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
