Our clients are a long-established and successful wealth management business based in South London, servicing Private and Corporate clients across the UK. The role involves managing the operations of the private client business and leading the private client sales support administration team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the IT CRM System
2. Managing staff training and development
3. Providing operational support
4. Ensuring administration procedures are established and followed across the business
Candidates must have experience as a senior operations/admin manager within an IFA. They should be flexible, innovative, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with Intelligent Office or similar software is advantageous.
