Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager for their ocean freight department within this established freight forwarders based on the outskirts of Chelmsford in Essex.
The role will require someone with good experience of FCL ocean Import freight forwarding, who is able to manage large key accounts.
This a great opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with approx. 10 years experience of working within an Ocean freight Import department where your knowledge and skills will be rewarded.
Duties will include:
* · Managing major key accounts for the company
* · Arranging FCL ocean freight shipments from start to finish
* · Dealing with overseas offices & partners
* · Processing sales & purchases
* · Quoting UK clients for FCL
* · Quoting & managing shipments
* · Updating new client bookings on the system with full details including pricing
* · Raising Invoices
* · Managing direct client accounts
* · Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in
* · line with our policies and procedures.

· Salary: to £45k dependant on experience
