Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the commissioner contracts database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft, negotiate and finalise key commercial and commissioning contracts.
* Review supplier contracts and advise on contractual risks and mitigations.
* Draft termination and escalation letters relating to individual placements and service issues.
* Review and advise on SLAs, grant agreements and commercial contracts.
* Coordinate and manage legal technology.
* Support tender processes and framework agreements, including legal review of tender documentation, bid responses, and framework participation terms.
Skills and Experience
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
2. Proven experience in contract law and commercial agreement review.
