About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.
This role involves identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip and edit content, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.
You should have experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping: Use Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus to create clips aligned with the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
* AI content creation and curation: Create and manage visual content across platforms, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
* Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft engaging, inspiring copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
* Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views and engagement.
* Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and metrics, with analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms.
* Experience creating visually engaging content such as thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
