* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable

* Experience recruiting in a consultancy or professional services environment.
* Familiarity with hiring for specialist or hard-to-find technical skill sets.

SLA-Driven Delivery

* Work to agreed SLAs, priorities and hiring deadlines.
* Manage multiple vacancies concurrently with tight turnaround times.
* Provide clear, regular updates to hiring managers on progress and risks.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

* Act as the sole recruitment contact for hiring managers.
* Run effective intake calls and challenge requirements where needed to ensure realistic expectations are set.
* Coordinate all interviews with hiring managers, ensuring scheduling, feedback collection, and next steps are managed efficiently.

* Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Senior Leadership Team, including progress, risks, and market insight.
* Attend weekly meetings with the Services Director and Sales teams to discuss upcoming requirements, pipeline demand, and candidates registered to Aiimi’s virtual bench.

Process, People & Compliance

* Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment activity is well documented.
* Support offer processes and handover to onboarding.

* Work closely alongside the People team to support onboarding of new starters and contribute to wider people-related projects as required.
* Ensure recruitment activity aligns with internal policies and employment legislation.

* 25 Days holiday (excluding bank holidays) – increasing by a day every 2 years.
* Mental health and wellbeing support, including access to counselling.
* Annual wellbeing allowance (e.g. personal training, fitness, wellness apps).
