Associate Director - Key Responsibilities
Deliver cost consultancy services across a range of capital projects
Lead pre and post contract duties including cost planning, tendering, and final accounts
Drive procurement strategy and provide commercial guidance to clients
Manage client relationships and support business development efforts
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members
Ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time and within budgetAssociate Director - Candidate Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
MRICS status essential
Minimum of 8 years' experience in a consultancy
Broad sector experience including education, healthcare (essential), or commercial preferred
Strong commercial acumen and confident client communication
Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering multiple concurrent projectsIn Return
Salary of £85,000 - £95,000 depending on experience
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
