For our digital & media division, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior SEO Executive to join our growing team of experts at our London office.

The Senior SEO Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the development and execution of their SEO strategy, as well as assisting the Head of SEO on occasion with pitch meetings and team-wide projects.
What you'll do:
1. Develop excellent relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, challenges, and spotting future opportunities.
2. Support planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns aligned with KPIs and contractual requirements.
3. Produce detailed technical and editorial SEO audits.
4. Perform SEO-focused analysis on industry trends, competitors, keywords, and search patterns to inform strategies.
5. Analyze business requirements and data to propose optimal SEO solutions.
6. Optimize texts, semantic tags, and metadata to improve search rankings.
7. Monitor site health and identify technical issues.
8. Assist outreach efforts, backlink analysis, and strategize for high-quality link acquisition.
9. Implement local SEO strategies, including managing GMB accounts and content creation.
10. Introduce continuous innovation in SEO services by onboarding new methodologies and tools.
11. Support client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual assessments.
12. Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Web Development teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing strategies.
What you'll need:
* At least 3+ years of experience in SEO management, especially for e-commerce and multi-country websites.
* Proficiency with search tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
* Knowledge of local SEO strategies and content/link building.
* Ability to report SEO performance using data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
* Client management skills.
* Understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and current SEO trends.
* Passion for digital marketing and data analysis.
* Strong presentation skills for engaging clients and internal teams.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, self-confidence, and openness to new challenges.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web programming is a plus.
* Fluency in second or third languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) is highly desirable for global accounts.
