P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with our well-established client based in Paisley to recruit a part-time permanent Payroll Administrator. This role will be to work 25 hours from 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday or can be 3 full days, depending on the candidate's requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll candidate to join a highly successful team with an award winning client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process a monthly payroll
* Process SSP, SMP
* Process new starters and leavers
* Support with onboarding and offboarding processes
* Carry out right to work checks and support compliance with employee record-keeping.
* Calculate accrued holiday entitlement
* Work collaboratively with HR
* Deal with payroll queries
* Support with audit
Main requirements:
* Previous experience is essential
* Proficient in Excel
* Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines
* Extremely driven and hard working
* Excellent communication skills
* High levels of accuracy
