Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in East Neuk of Fife. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our high-quality seafood products to customers, contributing to our mission of delivering excellence in every order.
Salary includes a base rate and commission based on new sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the seafood market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms for both parties.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
* Attend industry events to promote our brand and products.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role within the food industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
* Organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
* A passion for seafood is a plus.
