A specialist private client practice is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor in Little Packington at Senior Associate or Partner level. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate seeking to step up to Partner within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role
* Manage a high-quality caseload including wills, trusts and estate planning
* Advise HNW clients on tax, succession and wealth structuring
* Handle complex estates and trust matters
* Play a key role in developing and growing the Private Client offering
* Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
* Drive business development and expand the client base
* Work closely with leadership on strategic growth plans
* Support growth of the Private Client team in Little Packington
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with strong private client experience
* Operating at Senior Associate level or already a Partner
* Able and motivated to step into a Partner position
* Strong technical expertise across trusts, probate and tax
* Commercial and client-focused approach
* Proven ability to win or develop client relationships
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious with a desire to build and grow a practice
