Your Mission: Global Implementation Team Manager

As the Global Implementation Team Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of seamless client onboarding and software deployments. You’ll oversee a team of bright, driven graduate Implementation Consultants—guiding them, growing them, and setting the standard for excellence.
What You'll Do:
* Inspire & Manage: Lead a team of 5 graduate Implementation Consultants with empathy and clarity
* Drive Success: Ensure flawless client implementations across global markets
* Refine Processes: Continuously improve delivery frameworks and implementation best practices
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Product & Client Experience to enhance solutions
* Quality Champion: Sign off on all implementations to guarantee top-tier service delivery
* Insights & Impact: Capture lessons learned, optimise outcomes, and future-proof scalability
