BASICS:
This is a fantastic job opportunity toprovide technical governance leadership to the C-Suiteand build on an already talented team.
As the newHead of Technical Architecture & Strategy, you willlead the team directly looking after the architecture of our client-partners extensive application estate, manage the design and architecture demand, ensuring that artefacts and design standards are delivered to time and to quality and work in conjunction with wider business stakeholders to deliver business value from our client-partners IT systems, whilst ensuring systems and data are secure.
PRE-REQUISITES:
If you haveset up an architecture functionin the past, with adistinct level of business culture transformation and innovation experience in terms of how to encourage and support others withlight touch governance, coupled with an ability to subscribe to the importance of speed and ability; to prototype quickly rather than writing long requirement documents you are likely to receive animmediate interview request.
Individuals with experience of coming up with solutions, making decisions on technology and taking ownership of delivery whilst bring forth alogical approach to understanding a solutionwill be of interest.
TECHNICAL:
Experience as, and experienceleading a team of enterprise architects with deep knowledge of current cloud providers(such as Azure, AWS) and with an understanding of the differences between the platforms is important.
Power platform knowledgeand an understanding of whatdataverseis, coupled with an ability todefine the governance around power platformwill hold you in good stead.
A detailedunderstanding and appreciation of citizen development, technical innovation &Azure technology, are vital.
Experience of working with modern workplace technologies (Data Models, Azure, BI, COTSproducts) and/or any Architecture related qualifications such asTogaf, Archimateor Zachmanwould be helpful.
