Responsibilities
* Lead from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey.
* Maintain high standards in visual merchandising.
* Drive store sales and ensure commercial targets are achieved.
* Recruit, coach and develop a motivated and high‑performing team.
* Own stock management and product presentation.
* Use business data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
* Build lasting relationships with customers, including high‑value clients.
* Recognise and reward great performance while managing underperformance.
* Work closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects.

* Experienced in a retail environment, ideally within a large format fast‑paced store.
