This role will support the delivery of high-quality social media activity across client accounts. Reporting into the Head of PR, you will play a hands-on role in content creation, channel management, community engagement, campaign support, and performance reporting. You will coordinate closely with wider teams and clients to ensure social media strategies are executed effectively and aligned with campaign goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver daily social content across client accounts, ensuring timely, on-brand execution.
* Develop and implement social media strategies in line with broader marketing and PR activity
* Create compelling content (copy, images, video briefs) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
* Coordinate weekly and monthly content calendars across multiple clients.
* Monitor social media channels, respond to user queries, and engage with communities in line with brand guidelines.
* Contribute to paid social campaign execution and support the tracking and reporting of performance.
* Improve channel performance by analysing metrics and suggesting new content formats, posting schedules, or audience approaches.
* Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure content consistency and integrated campaign delivery.
* Solve day-to-day content or scheduling challenges and flag any risks or community management concerns.
* Communicate insights and campaign results through client-ready reports and internal summaries.
* Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our approach fresh and competitive.
* Provide occasional support for campaign launches, product drops, events, or other brand moments.
Job Requirements:
Essential
* Proven experience in managing social media activity for consumer-facing brands, ideally in tech, entertainment, or gaming.
* Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and community management.
* Strong working knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Competent using social publishing and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Confident analysing performance data and turning insight into recommendations.
* A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
Desirable
* Experience supporting paid social media campaigns and using ad platforms.
* Exposure to influencer or PR campaign integration
* Familiarity with the gaming, tech, or lifestyle sectors and their online communities.
* Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
* Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or with multiple clients.
