Salary Range: Grade 5, SCP 16-18, FTE salary £29,572.00 - £30,559.00, pro rata salary £27,467.27 - £28,384.02
Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment
Working Type: Full Time (37 hours, 41 working weeks, 45.942 paid weeks)
Base: The Blyth Academy, Chase Farm Drive, Blyth, NE24 4JP
Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.

Northern Education Trust, The Blyth Academy is seeking to appoint a PA to the Principal/Office Manager. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective support to the Principal as required including receiving, prioritising and forwarding the Principal’s correspondence, including telephonecalls, e-mails and post. You will line manage office staff and work work proactively, innovatively and responsively to provide excellent administration support to the academy administration office. You will manage the administration of exclusion letters, relevant documentation and arrangingstudent discipline meetings with Academy Council members.
