Lecturer in Hair and Beauty – Maternity Cover Ref: 134073 Salary: £33,202 to £42,266 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Location : Castleford College Please note: This role is fixed term for Maternity cover until approximately March 2027 We are looking for a Lecturer in Hair and Beauty to join our friendly and inclusive team, where you will provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. You will: Promote student progress, engagement and achievement, and ensure a high-quality student experience Produce and manage individual learning plans to ensure every learner achieves their highest potential Develop and produce high quality learning materials Provide information regarding leaner progress and feedback About you: You will hold a Degree in Hair and Beauty or related discipline You will hold GCSEs AC/9-4 in English and Maths, or equivalent You will ideally hold a PGCE or other full teaching qualification, but this is not essential.
