We are recruiting a Senior National Account Manager for Aldi & Lidl, an area that has huge opportunity for our client.

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000pa plus £7000 car and 15% bonus
Ways of working - Home Based contract with 1-2 visits to HQ per month (London)

The role…
You will be fully responsible for the management and execution of the commercial agenda across the Aldi and Lidl.
This includes:
* Full P&L ownership and delivery of sales and profit targets.
* Building and executing a best-in-class account strategy.
* Developing strong relationships with Buyers and key stakeholders.
* Negotiating commercial terms to drive sales, share, distribution and in-store visibility.
* Leading and developing your direct report.
This is a true end-to-end account role with real responsibility, visibility and influence.

We are looking for candidates with strong FMCG experience in a customer-facing commercial role.
You will ideally have:
* Experience managing the Discounters, ideally Aldi or Lidl however please apply if you have managed others
* Strong commercial and analytical capability.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* The ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
* Leadership experience would be ideal not essential
