As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and expanding the Pall Medical portfolio within your territory. You’ll be responsible for achieving annual sales targets while promoting our product range in alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
* Grow the Pall Medical business to hospitals, health inspectors, hospital groups, and non‑hospital customers.
* Support the product portfolio through technical expertise in water, drug delivery, and breathing filter lines.
* Manage annual and other price increases, maintain a tracker in Salesforce, and ensure approvals within delegated authority.
* Create an annual sales and order forecast, monitor and track forecast compliance, and complete monthly forecasting processes.
* Maintain and update the CRM with accurate accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities.
Who You Are
* Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths (or equivalent).
* Proven ability to develop new business and deliver superior performance.
* Strong relationship‑building skills across customer organizations.
* Understanding of customer priorities and translating them into business opportunities.
* Experience in key account management and business development.
* Background in sales or marketing strategy development and action planning.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Travel 4 days a week, including overnight stays.
* Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
