We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a contact centre team in the Birmingham area.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls by customers
Gathering customer details to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
Providing an efficient customer experience to all customers, providing resolutions to complaints
Solihull
9 - 5 / Monday - Friday
6 month contract
£16 - £18 per hour
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have experience in:
Communicating with customers over the phone
Managing customer expectations whilst providing them with a professional service
Social housing background (desirable)
