Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of senior directors, including meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with organising events, conferences, and team activities.
Ensure office systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.Profile
The successful Executive Assistant will have:
Previous experience in a similar EA/PA support role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
