To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:
Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
Good knowledge of the EYFS
Previous leadership experience (Senior Room Leader, Deputy Manager)
Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a small team
Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude

The role of a Nursery Manager within the Nursery involves:
Managing budgets, marketing, occupancy levels and KPIs.
Preparing for Ofsted inspections.
Assisting in the recruitment of nursery staff, manage inductions, supervisions, and appraisals.
Leading the team and support in EYFS planning and looking at reflective practice.
Managing staff rotas and staff meetings.
Ensuring childrens observations, assessment and development records are maintained.
Having lead responsibility of Safeguarding and Health & Safety, ensuring all staff follow policy and procedures.
Working in partnership with parents forming caring and trusting relationships.
Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
