Junior Talent Agent - Digital, Sports & Entertainment
Location: London | Hybrid
Salary: £30K - £36K DOE
Our client is looking for a Junior Talent Agent to join their growing team. You’ll support the day-to-day management of their roster, assist in identifying new talent, and help deliver commercial and media opportunities across digital, sport, and broadcast platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist senior agents in managing client relationships and career development
* Coordinate schedules, bookings, and logistics for appearances, campaigns, and shoots
* Draft and review basic contracts and deal memos under supervision
* Support the negotiation and delivery of brand and commercial campaigns
* Research and identify emerging digital and sports creators with growth potential
* Support onboarding of new clients and help plan long-term growth strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with brands, production companies, and broadcasters
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
* 1.5+ years’ experience working at a talent agency with digital & broadcast talent
* A proven track record managing both established and emerging talent
* Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
