We are looking for a passionate, food-loving individual who is keen to learn all aspects of baking for a growing coffee business. You will be a key player in our operation, working closely with our head baker and bakery team to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our standards.
Directly reports to (Line Manager): Bakery Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packing and preparing boxes for delivery
2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
3. Helping with inventory management and stock rotation
4. Supporting the baking team in daily tasks such as mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing goods
5. Adhering to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices
