Temporary Live In Carer in Barnet, Job ID J2ED4
A temporary full time live in carer is required by an elderly client residing in Barnet to assist with daily routines and help with moving around the house. They prefer someone who speaks Greek and is willing to work for a month.
Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks.
Duties include:
* Encourage her to walk in the house and sit in a chair, not in bed.
* Assist with toilet needs.
* Encourage her to regain confidence and start living a normal/independent life.
* Light physiotherapy/exercises as directed by a professional on discharge.
* General enablement.
* Light house duties, including cleaning and laundry.
* Support her in cooking and small tasks around the house.
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start date is on the 24th of February.
