Ready to lead transformation on a global scale? At Merlin Entertainments, we’re on a thrilling journey to implement Microsoft Business Central across our international finance operations – replacing Sage and Navision – and we’re looking for an experienced ERP Change and Training Manager for a 12 month FTC to take the lead on the people side of this transformation.
This is a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of our new ERP system across multiple countries and teams. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering change management and training strategies that prepare, support, and empower our teams through this exciting change.
As our ERP Change and Training Manager, you will:
* Lead all aspects of change management and communications related to our ERP implementation.
* Conduct detailed impact assessments and prepare our people for changes to roles and responsibilities.
* Build and manage a network of project champions to drive engagement and best practice sharing.
* Design and deliver a comprehensive international training programme, ensuring readiness across multiple locations and languages.
* Monitor and refine change and training activities, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Change Management or a related field.
* Proven success in leading ERP change initiatives, ideally across multiple countries.
* Strong background in learning and development, including training delivery and evaluation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you can simplify the complex and engage teams at every level.
* Ability to motivate and support others through change.
* Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
