Duties
* Responsible for collaborating, assessing, preparing and delivering detailed project proposals and cost estimates, working in collaboration with numerous officials
* Analyzes system change requests to determine and recommend logical approaches for incremental deliveries
* Negotiates and documents project commitments with appropriate J6 organizations to ensure timely execution of project plans, in accordance with established schedules and within budget
* Manages testing, integration, implementation and post-production support activities
* Provides oversight for system engineering, configuration management, and cybersecurity requirements to ensure that the program remains in compliance with Agency policies
* Manages scope, schedule, and budget aligned to assigned projects.
* Collaborates with customers, contractors, and vendors supporting applications built on the ServiceNow platform.
