About The Role
Maintenance Engineer – Bromford, Chipping Sodbury, England.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Chipping Sodbury
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity? Bromford is looking for a dedicated engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team in a company recognised as a Great Place to Work.
As part of our repairs team, you will assist multi-skilled engineers in maintaining and repairing customers’ homes, focusing on damp and mould treatment as well as general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property maintenance and the ability to work independently.

What We’re Looking For
* A genuine all-rounder with good practical trade skills
* Flexibility to undertake and complete tasks to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
* Good communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
Additional Requirements
* The right to work in the UK
* An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
* If you hold relevant qualifications, we will need to see the original certificates
Benefits Package
* £26,316.30 annual salary with a yearly pay review
* Performance Related Pay, based on meeting individual and company-wide targets
* 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, with regular opportunities for paid overtime; flexible working options available upon discussion
* Monthly pay with additional allowances for on-call weeks
* Bonuses for meeting first-time fix targets
