Job summary
As a member of the ICT Support services team, the post-holder will provide a range of high quality responsive ICT Support, delivering an excellent customer focused service via the helpdesk or direct engagement to students and staff throughout the College’s
Educational, and Business Sections both onsite and remotely, to advise, guide and resolve issues.
The Post Holder will maintain Endpoints and associated Software and Peripherals for their Identified areas.
The Post holder will work as part of an IT Services Team in the Support and Monitoring of allocated ICT Systems and Services College wide.
This is a full time permanent position within the College. Closing date for applications is Friday 10th October 2025 at 12noon.
