About the Role
Ascendion is seeking an Enterprise AI Lead to design, build, and scale our enterprise-wide AI operating model — driving how AI, data, and automation come together to transform business outcomes.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership opportunity for a technical expert who can define the AI strategy, architecture, and execution roadmap, while guiding teams in deploying scalable, reliable, and ethical AI solutions across the organization.
What You’ll Do
1. Define and implement the AI strategy, operating model, and governance structure.
2. Architect and scale AI and ML platforms for enterprise-wide adoption.
3. Lead deployment of LLM, RAG, and Generative AI systems at scale.
4. Partner with business, data, and engineering teams to operationalize AI initiatives.
5. Establish MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for lifecycle automation, compliance, and monitoring.
6. Champion Responsible AI practices across all stages of development and deployment.
