We are looking for a Performance and Business Intelligence Administrator to join our Business Intelligence Team at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust
We're seeking an organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in utilizing data to improve patient care.
As a Performance and Business Intelligence Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing data use to support our strategy and monitor performance from ward to Board. This role will enable hospital teams to make informed decisions that impact patient care and promote long-term improvements and efficiencies.
We are a small, friendly team working closely with other departments including Digital, PMO, Strategy, CQI, and embedded data teams such as Workforce and Cancer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with data and visualizing it effectively. You should be confident with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Power BI, and interested in building a career in NHS performance or analytics.
Interviews will be held in person at Darent Valley Hospital on 29th and 30th May; shortlisted candidates should be available on these dates.

Main duties of the job
* The post-holder will work with the Business Intelligence Manager and Deputy Director for Performance and BI, supporting administrative duties within the team.
* The primary focus is to lead the collation and presentation of performance monitoring data in collaboration with the team.
* Arrange and minute all performance meetings, maintaining documentation in accordance with the Trust's Performance Framework.
* Coordinate and administer the Trust CQUIN programme, providing support to leads, and report on Cancer patient waiting lists ensuring validation aligns with standards.
* Lead small administrative and performance-related projects, supporting team activities like diary management, meetings, workshops, and events.

Note: The posting date is 01 May 2025. The role is under the Agenda for Change scheme, Band 6, with a salary of £39,205 to £47,084 per annum. It is a permanent, full-time position based at Darent Valley Hospital, Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, DA2 8DA.
