As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be flexible as this role includes weekend working.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment tasks and activities through our case management system.
2. Work with Workday to complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
3. Accurately update and maintain data and records, ensuring compliance and integrity.
4. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Operational Specialists to deliver an exceptional service.

6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
8. Proficient in Excel and confident using HR systems
