The hours of work are 37 hours per week and are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Nursing team for a highly skilled Admin Assistant/PA who will be responsible for ensuring the administrative service they provide is effective and efficient.
This role will provide support to the Deputy Nurse Director, Acute Services, while providing wider administrative support to the NMAHP Directorate, Community (HSCP) Chief Nurses and our Care Home Collaborative.
A pivotal element of this role is to provide a high degree of organisational skills, together will excellent written, oral and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can priorities a diverse workload and deal with matters of a highly confidential nature.
You must have a recognised qualification in Administration equivalent to HND/HNC in secretarial studies or Business Administration, or SVQ in Administration Level 3 or relevant equivalent practical experience.
Essential Requirements:
Recognised qualification in Administration (e.g. HNC, SVQ Level 3) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in a secretarial/administrative role.
Excellent organisational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a varied and confidential workload with discretion and diplomacy.
Proficient in office systems and IT packages (e.g. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); advanced keyboard skills required.
Sound understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices.
