Senior Sales Manager - Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the CEO
* Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Visit customers and sell our products
* Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company and generate leads
* Build-up and manage our UK office
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, customers and industry key opinion leaders
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
* Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
Senior Sales Manager - Requirements:
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and experience in the foodtech, diagnostics or related industry
* Strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and responsibility to ensure success
* Possess professional work experience in a Commercial function, including Sales/Business Development and Key Account Management
* Demonstrate experience in leading Commercial teams
* Excel at building and expanding networks with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries
* Prove a track record of establishing successful strategic partnerships
* Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exhibit independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
* Feel comfortable and confident using technology as an essential component of the sales process
* Be highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously
