SEN Learning Assistant – Primary & Secondary Settings
Milk Education is offering an exciting opportunity for compassionate and resilient individuals to join an Alternative Provision and Specialist SEN school in Godalming as a SEN Learning Assistant (LSA). This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in Education, Social Care, Speech & Language Therapy, or Child Psychology while working closely with children with additional learning needs.
About the Role:
This position focuses on supporting pupils aged 5–16 with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social and emotional challenges, and physical care requirements. You will work in small, supportive classes to help pupils develop independence, resilience, and confidence in their learning.
