About the Role:
* Greet guests warmly and professionally
* Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, replenishing supplies as needed
* Report defects to the Head of Department
* Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
* Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute to department scores
* Follow company procedures and checklists
* Manage your rota and ensure trolley and caddy are stocked
* Minimize wastage without compromising standards
* Be energy conscious, turning off lights and equipment when not in use
