Position: Insights Governance Administrator - Market Access
Location: Slough, UK - Hybrid
Client: Global Leading Biotechnology
Type: 12 months Contract
Planet Pharma are we are partnered with a Global Leading Biotechnology company, who are currently hiring for an Insights Governance Administrator within Market Access teams.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Provide expert support and troubleshooting for stakeholders using the Market Research System and ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Triage and respond to governance-related queries submitted via the MR Governance mailbox.
* Engage with Insight Leads and Managers to understand their governance needs, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
* Conduct periodic and ad hoc reviews to verify the accuracy and timeliness of compliance documentation.
* Collaborate with Insights Governance team members to maintain and enhance governance standards and processes.
Main Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Proven experience managing multiple projects, with strong organizational and vendor management skills.
* Strong operational mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and levels.
* Detail-oriented with a structured, logical approach to problem-solving and a strong compliance focus.
