The Role:
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of distributor and key retail relationships across Europe. You’ll drive sell-out performance, support market execution, and spot new opportunities for brand growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Administrative:
* Support the Export Sales Director with daily commercial coordination
* Monitor purchase plans, orders, stock levels, and pricing
* Analyse forecasts and challenge where needed
* Prepare reports on launches, promotions, and sales performance
* Collaborate with distributors and internal teams on marketing, PR, and media plans
Business Development & Commercial:
1. Visit key markets to review brand execution, stock, and competitor activity
2. Build strong relationships with distributors and store teams
3. Execute trade plans, follow POSM developments, visuals, and coordinate with marketing and retailers.
4. Identify and develop new distribution or brand opportunities
