What You'll Do
As a Financial Operations Analyst, you'll support the smooth financial operation of the utilities market by managing settlement processes, verifying data, and publishing financial reports. Key responsibilities include:
9. Producing and validating settlement documents and market reports
10. Conducting daily and weekly cashflow and credit risk checks
11. Working with internal systems to monitor and process financial data
12. Publishing timely financial reports and market communications
13. Handling stakeholder queries and escalating issues where needed
14. Supporting process improvements, system testing, and documentation updates
15. Ensuring compliance with financial codes and operational deadlines
About You

Essential:
16. 1-2 years' experience in a finance admin or transactional finance role
17. High attention to detail and accuracy
18. Strong Excel skills and comfort using multiple systems
19. Effective time management and ability to prioritise under pressure
20. Clear and professional communication skills
21. Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
22. 2+ years' post-graduate experience in a financial role
23. Experience in a regulated or process-heavy environment
