Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo, you will help deliver tailored support to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
* Provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs
* Lead small group interventions and one-to-one sessions
* Support the running of an after-school club once a week
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
