Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our client’s well-established community pharmacy in Plymouth. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines, and supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.

Key Responsibilities
* Dispense and check prescriptions accurately and efficiently in line with GPhC and NHS standards.
* Provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of medicines to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Deliver a range of NHS and private pharmacy services (e.g. flu vaccinations, NMS, CPCS, BP checks, etc.).
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy laws, ethics, and professional standards.
* Oversee and support the pharmacy team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Ensure compliance with all governance, SOPs, and health & safety requirements.
* Build strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare providers in the local community.
Requirements
* MPharm degree (or equivalent) and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting (newly qualified pharmacists also welcome to apply).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead by example.
