Mid-Level System Administrator | Cloud | Hybrid London (Hybrid working – 3 days in-office)

We’re looking for a Mid-Level System Administrator with a strong foundation in AWS, Azure, and M365, and a passion for solving real tech problems. Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Support and manage our Microsoft 365 environment across the business
Own and troubleshoot ZenDesk helpdesk tickets and resolve issues with pace and precision
Manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for secure, remote-friendly device deployment
Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth and secure IT operations
Balance independent projects with strong team collaboration
2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT or SysAdmin role
~ Cloud confidence: hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
~ Proven experience with M365, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
~ Experience using ZenDesk or a similar helpdesk platform
~ Ability to build and support both Windows and Mac devices
~ Bonus points if you have
Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365
Network configuration experience
Awareness of IT security best practices
