The Role
You’ll be working closely with the Commercial team, supporting key grocery accounts including Tesco and Waitrose, alongside a portfolio of wholesale customers.
But more importantly…
You’ll be expected to:
Get under the skin of the accounts quickly
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Bring solutions, not problems
Help streamline and develop areas that are currently untapped
There is real scope here, particularly within the wholesale side, for someone to come in, take ownership and make a visible impact.

Your Background (Essential)
To be considered, you must have experience within the food or FMCG sector, this is a non-negotiable due to the nature of the products, pace, and customer expectations.
Alongside this, you’ll ideally have:
Experience supporting or managing retail / national accounts
Confidence working with:
Sales data
Commercial reporting
Presentations
Nice to have:
Exposure to major retailers (Tesco, Waitrose etc.)
Experience across own label and/or branded products
You might currently be:
An Account Executive ready for more ownership
Or someone in a larger business looking to step into a more agile, visible role
