<div><p>12 month Fixed Term Contract</p><p>WPS have an exciting opportunity for a <b>Resident Liaison Officer</b> to join our Planned Maintenance team, supporting a long-term social housing client based in Walsall although will be traveling to jobs throughout the Midlands, mainly Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Lichfield.</p><p>This is a key role where youll act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client ensuring works are delivered smoothly while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as the <b>primary point of contact for residents</b>, keeping them informed before, during and after works</li><li>Ensure residents fully understand the <b>planned works programme and access requirements</b></li><li>Build strong relationships with residents, site teams, and stakeholders</li><li>Support the delivery of planned works programmes <b>on time, safely, and to a high standard</b></li><li>Manage and resolve <b>complaints, concerns, and access issues</b> in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Coordinate property access and highlight any <b>vulnerable resident needs or adjustments required</b></li><li>Attend and support resident meetings, community events, and client reviews</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication across all parties</li></ul><h3>About you</h3><p>Were looking for someone who is <b>customer-focused, organised, and confident communicating with a wide range of people</b>.</p><h3>What youll ideally have</h3><ul><li>Previous experience as a <b>Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)</b> or similar customer-facing role within social housing or construction</li><li>Strong <b>customer service and communication skills</b></li><li>Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism Wait, no line break
