<div><p>Location: East Kilbridge covering Scotland</p><p>Salary: £35,000, with a company car or car allowance.</p><p>Benefits: generous leave (33 days annual holiday including public holidays), life assurance, Legal & General Pension scheme with contributions up to 12%, and company sick pay.</p><p>In our dedicated team, we provide essential Asbestos Surveys, Analytical Services, Asbestos Management, and Air Testing.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide expert technical and legislative asbestos knowledge.</li><li>Accurately release data and certification, including technical review.</li><li>Lead complex asbestos survey work, including industrial refurbishment and demolition surveys.</li><li>Interact directly with clients on technical and legislative matters.</li><li>Proactively implement appropriate methods and protocols.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum BOHS P402, P403 & P404 or equivalent.</li><li>Proven experience in both air testing and 4-stage clearances.</li><li>Experience with large, complex industrial surveys and asbestos enclosures.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in technical review of asbestos reports.</li><li>Confident approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a flexible attitude.</li><li>Full UK driving licence is essential, with willingness to travel and stay away as required.</li></ul></div>
