We're looking for a skilled and passionate Night Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull. As part of Eurest. You'll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency. What You'll Be Doing
* Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
* Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
* Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
* Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
* Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
* Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality.
* Understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and hygiene best practices.
* A team player with great communication and a strong work ethic.
* A desire to grow and develop in a supportive culinary environment.
