Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham (B30 area)
About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated, confident, and resilient Teaching Assistants to support our learners in both full-time and part-time capacities.
* Deliver consistent, empathetic support for pupils with complex SEMH needs, individualised where necessary.
* Effectively manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours with professionalism and confidence.
* Build trusting relationships with pupils demonstrating emotional or behavioural difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with staff across teaching, therapeutic, and pastoral teams to deliver holistic support.
* Uphold and model the school’s core values—positivity, respect, and determination—in all interactions.
