Solution 47 Recruitment have a very exciting part time position working Weds, Thursday and Friday for our cleint near to Thurlow. You will need to be fully computer literate wiht a confident telephone manner.
Hours are 9.30 till 16.30 Weds, Thurs, Friday. Initially on a 6 weeks placement however this could lead to fulltime work with more hours each week for the right candidate.
This posiiton requires soemone who drives- due to my clients location.
As Administration Assistant your role will be varied and cover some of the following duties:
Scanning documts and uplaoding to correct folders
Managing your email account and keeping on top of a large number of incoming emils
Customer service via the telephone
Directing calls to the correct division
Happy to learn other duties as and when required.
This is a small team where everyone helps each area. My client requires a good team player who is reliable, confident on the phone and happy to get stuck in.
