We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
What’s on offer?
* Hourly rate of £7.55 per hour, paid monthly.

Main responsibilities
* Efficiently answer all telephone calls to the store, Advise customers of the current promotions and any relevant contact lens or product information
* Meet and exceed all personal and team goals
* Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance
* Book and change customer appointments on the in-store computer systems
* Effectively deal with customer concerns and queries including in relation to multifocal lenses
* Resolve any visual problems that customers have with new glasses
* Actively demonstrate several ways to help control costs in your store

* Excellent communication and listening skills
* A high standard of spoken and written English
* A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
