Were recruiting flexible, reliable, and engaging individuals to work in childrens residential homes and independent living settings. Both trainees and experienced staff are welcome full training and qualifications provided.
Support WorkerRole Overview:
Support young people (aged 1118) with challenging behaviours and complex needs. You'll assist with day-to-day activities such as meal prep, education, cleaning, and appointments, helping to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong, professional relationships with young people and staff
2. Support with daily routines and promote positive behaviour
3. Liaise with professionals (e.g. Social Workers, Police, etc.)
4. Write clear reports and keep accurate records
5. Drive young people to school, family visits, and social activities in company vehicles
